Age Of Distinction Vs Extinction For Transformational Leaders

In an era of massive change, it is important for transformational
leaders to be able to set themselves apart in the way that they show up. One of the major reasons why this is so important is because there are several who are leadership roles who have failed to rise to the occasion of being effective leaders.

There has been an era of great motivational leaders, teacher, and speakers, yet they don't provide the transformational insights that are required for people to create lasting change.

Motivation, inspiration, and information are fine, however, hype, facts, and empowerment alone will not be enough to help others transform their lives. This is why the age or era of distinction is at hand. Most people nowadays are starting not to trust those in leadership, because they feel that they've been sold a lot of hype but not seeing real results occur as a result of what they've been taught. So the era of motivational leadership is coming to a decline, in other words, this movement will become extinct. More people are going to be following the human Transformers who are transformational leaders.

The good news for all leadership is that those who are motivational, inspirational, and/or empowerment leaders can still be considered transformational leaders and set themselves apart by incorporating more life transformational strategies and then integrate their motivation, inspiration, and empowerment within their teachings. This is what will help them make a better distinction as a leader instead of becoming part of the hype leadership extinction.

It's time to help others transform their lives into more than meets the eye, but this first begins with transformational leaders allowing their own lives to be transformed so that they can become more effective change agents.  So it's time to choose your side. Will you become a transformational leader and make the distinction that sets you apart from the rest or will you become apart of the era of extinction? The choice is yours.  Decide now!

In the Transformers Age Of Extinction, Optimus Prime gave the Dinobots a choice to stand with them and fight for what is right or stand against him. Non-Transformational leaders can learn from that scene, by deciding that they aren't going to just to be hype and hope merchants, but they are going to dig deep and learn how to become human transformers with other transformational leaders to work together for the greater good.  Enjoy the clip of Optimus appealing to the Dinobots.
