Have you ever desired to accomplish a goal, but have never gotten around to making it happen? Having the desire to do something and the will and know how for accomplishing your goals are entirely different.
In episode 2 of More Than Meets The Eye, Megatron and Starscream have a conversation about power, knowing how to access it, and desire to have it. Starscream expressed that he had a desire for power just like Megatron. However, Megatron quickly enlighten Starscream's ignorance by telling him that power flows to the one who knows how and desire alone is not enough.
This is true as it relates to reaching your goals. You could have a desire for success, however, if you don't discover how to align yourself with the "know how" factor, the power won't flow to you to make it happen.
The time has come to transform your desires into results. It's important to know what you want/desire and then take the first step towards figuring out a way to powerfully create the success that you want to achieve.
The best way to develop your "Know how factor" is to research and/or align yourself with people who have already made their dreams come true (primarily in your field of desire). Starscream always failed in this area because he desired to be a powerful leader without first respecting his current leader and learning from him.
Again, if we desire to get the results that we want, we must align with the "know how" factor in order to transform our desires into results. The power will only flow to the one who knows.
