Unleashing The True Matrix of Transformational Leadership

In my forth coming book Unleashing The True Matrix of Transformational Leadership I discuss the topic of the arising era of pioneers who possess the relevant transformational leadership and mentor-ship frameworks as it relates to priming the next generation of emerging leaders with the foundational and accelerated principles for stepping up into higher level leadership roles during a time of great need.

I address the subject of the power that is unleashed from the matrix of leadership referencing the 1985 Hasbro cartoon movie The Transformers when the leader of the Autobots Optimus Prime was on his death bed passing on his role to Ultra Magnus who did not feel properly equip or worthy of stepping into this role. 

This video clip  The Matrix Of Leadership Changing Hands  illustrates how often leaders will impulsively or in a crisis make their decisions based on what seems like the next logical step of passing on the mantel for the next level leaders even though at the end Ultra Magnus was not the divine selection. However, the emerging era of transforming pioneer leadership chooses intuition over impulsiveness during any situation to produce the divine outcome.

The true power of the matrix is released and imparted into more than one candidate long before a leader retires or expires so that leaders of great influence lead from a the orientation of the collective consciousness of leadership until all are leading as one unit from the same Spirit. The old paradigmatic frameworks of one "Prime" leader at is no longer relevant in a new era of unified influencers who are each ready to lead individually and collectively as one force to evolve humanity at large. The true matrix of transformative pioneer leadership is passed on to the "Oneness" in every leader who is called to lead in this new world order.
